When considering Peer Capital Partners, there are 3 key things to keep in mind:
Loan proceeds must be used for commercial purposes only. It cannot be used by ‘individuals’ who apply the funds wholly or predominantly for personal, domestic or household purposes (including to refinance or purchase residential investment property).
Loans will be considered for businesses where proceeds may be used for, amongst others:
♦ Acquisition of assets including property and equipment
♦ Development and construction of commercial and/or residential property
♦ Short-term business cash flow requirements
♦ Bridging finance
All loans must be secured by real property (first or second ranking mortgages) over commercial, residential, rural and industrial properties in Australia. Please refer to Borrower FAQs for acceptable loan to value ratios.
You must be able to clearly demonstrate and substantiate your exit strategy for repayment of the loan.
All loans will be subject to a thorough credit assessment by Peer Capital Partners’ Credit Management Team.
